PHILOSOPHY / APPROACH

It takes courage to change. Everyone needs a safe place to be heard and understood in order to heal and grow. I offer both long and short-term therapy for individuals and couples, assisting change at any stage of life.

I adapt my psychodynamic approach to meet you where you are and compassionately guide you along.

EXPERIENCE

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have extensive  clinical experience. I have a background in meditation, yoga, and spiritual exploration. I welcome clients with any or no spiritual background.

People of all ages come to me with anxiety, depression, loneliness and communication challenges.
