PHILOSOPHY / APPROACH
It takes courage to change. Everyone needs a safe place to be heard and understood in order to heal and grow. I offer both long and short-term therapy for individuals and couples, assisting change at any stage of life.
I adapt my psychodynamic approach to meet you where you are and compassionately guide you along.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have extensive clinical experience. I have a background in meditation, yoga, and spiritual exploration. I welcome clients with any or no spiritual background.
People of all ages come to me with anxiety, depression, loneliness and communication challenges. My clients include young and mature adults in transition, men or women struggling in relationships, those grieving from loss, people with substance abuse issues, and those with gender and sexual identity issues.
I also offer consultation to clinicians.
